Sooriyan FM is a premier private Tamil-language radio station in Sri Lanka. Launched on July 25, 1998, it holds the distinction of being the first private Tamil radio channel in the country. It is owned by Asia Broadcasting Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Rayynor Silva Holdings.
